By using the site „fashionkiss.com“, you accept the following terms of use:

1. Our service

• „fashionkiss.com“ is an online portal with an online shopping directory, also with contents, databases and pictures, based on fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
• „fashionkiss.com“ is available for free for all persons, who will search for online-shops and contents, for their personal use.
• For companies we offer the possibility, to public their shops in our online shopping directory.

2. Agreement

• The publication of the shop submissions can be done as free of charge text entries in the categories “Listed Shops”, or as liable to pay the costs entries with banner-logo and with text entry in the category “Sponsored Shops”. Costs and possibilities are listed in the topic “Submit A Shop”.
• Companies have also the possibility of publications in the navigation area of the portal. Costs and possibilitie are listed in the topic “Advertise”.
• All costs are net, additional 20 % tax.
• The agreement has a minimum running time of the length of the booked pre-payment period.
• The agreement extends automaticly by the respective length of the booked period, if with one period from 30 days to the respective operational sequence of the contract one does not quit.
• The shop owner can change to a longer running time of the entries at any time.
• The confirmation of the order takes place by E-Mail or in writing. Verbal confirmations are in principle ineffective.
• Notices of entries must take place in writing or by E-Mail.
• With premature notice no repayment takes place from costs.
• Price adjustments are at any time possible, but do not concern already paid costs.
• Changes of texts and Logos in the entries are at any time possible and take place via the shop owner or through „fashionkiss.com “, with presence of the necessary data.
• Liable to pay the costs entries like „Sponsored Links“ and „Advertising Links“, are only de-energised after receipt of payment on our account.

3. Refusal

• „fashionkiss.com “ reserves the right itself, to reject entries which offend against valid austrian right, also to correct or reject further entries, which do not fulfill appropriate quality criteria.  Also entries with pornographic or racistic contents will be canceled.

4. Achievement contribution

• Orders will be accomplished as fast as possible.
• For a possible default on the part of „fashionkiss.com “, no requirements for compensation can be provided on „fashionkiss.com “.
• In case of a possible default of the achievement through „fashionkiss.com “, in advance paid costs will be refunded for the period of the default by „fashionkiss.com “.
• If the default does not exceed a reasonable and appropriate period, the achievement contribution remains existing as fulfilled.

5. Adhesion

• Despite careful contentwise control, we do not take over adhesion for contents of externally links.
• The contracting partners of „fashionkiss.com “ are alone responsible for contents of their entries.
• In no case „fashionkiss.com “is to take for responsibility for direct or indirect damage or losses, which with the use or not use of „fashionkiss.com “could develop.

6. Data security

• All of you conveyed data are always confidentially treated and to be subject to the legal data protection regulations.
• We use the data only for own administrative purposes. It does not take place passing on of the data on third.
• You receive e-mails exclusively from „fashionkiss.com “.

7. Other regulations

• Area of jurisdiction: Vienna
• If parts of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy conditions should be invalid, this does not change the validity of the remaining agreements.

8. Copyright

• It is forbidden to take copies, to reproduct or to use any in any other way, texts, pictures, data bases of „fashionkiss.com “, offences will follow legal measures.
• Uses require the express agreement of the company Andrea Böhm, Style & Fashion
